During lockdown many people have not received their money for refunds with credit card companies now refusing to give refunds and help providers also giving no assistance people are left without thousands of pounds. Due to this disaster higher authorities need to step in to allow people to receive justice from the money grabbing airline companies or the tourism economy will never return to its past booming market as people have lost trust in it.
