Ryanair is a leading low cost airline, based in Dublin, Ireland. It operates throughout Europe and even has flights from Israel to many European destinations.

No airline offers a direct flight between these two countries, and the only way to commute is with a connection, making this at least a 9 hour journey.

Ryanair already operates a line between Dublin and Paphos (twice a week in the summer, once in winter) which would make the flight time under 6 hours.

There are at least 3,000 Israelis in Ireland and their second circle of family and friends is at least 3 times that size. There's also the tourism market which is totally untapped, both Israelis and Irish.

Having a direct flight, with a low cost airline, would be a no-brainer and win over the market.
