I simply want to be able to own a monkey. It's not legal and I want it to be. I want nothing other than a full time monkey, being able to walk him down the street (with clothes of course) and provide him a place to be a monkey. My monkey could be trained to ride my dog around, and if that doesn't make you want to sign this then you are a lost soul anyway.
