This is a petition against Ryanair and other airlines, such as easyjet and British Airways, to highlight their poor customer service in light of the current lockdown restrictions when travelling to Spain. This means that, whilst government advice is to avoid travelling and to quarantine, these airlines are not cancelling their flights to Spain and will not refund anyone who has a flight booked, although they cannot visit the country.  This affects people because the money that was spent on flights and hotels and more is now being taken away even though those people cannot go on holiday now. This is happening not just to people who booked holidays recently, but those who booked months in advance and have insurance before restrictions were applied. If we win hopefully people who have booked flights with Ryan air and other airline companies that aren't giving money back will get their money back and wont have to fight back and forth for their money. The lack of customer care is shocking, with nobody answering emails or phones, and insurance companies and holiday companies directing the blame elsewhere to avoid paying out. If people could sign this petition it would mean a great deal to the people out there who have lost lots of money due to ignorant airline companies. This is also a petition to force the government to not let ryan air and other companies, such as easy jet and British airways, continue to fly to Spain despite the lockdown restrictions and  get away with it and make sure they do not fly to Spain.
