Formal complaint and petition to the Civil Aviation Authority and Trading Standards about Ryan air's apparent policy.

They are currently completely ignoring government guidelines. They are not cancelling flights to Spain and many other destinations.

In turn this means that all customers who do decide to do the right thing and FOLLOW the guidance and NOT travel to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 fall foul having booked with Ryan air and many other airlines.

Option 1, Lose all monies spent on flights ( they will not refund, or provide a voucher to spend when safe to travel, as they refuse to follow government advice and cancel)

Option 2, Pay the inflated prices they have uploaded for next year. (an example of this is a flight to Ibiza in August this year is £170 to change to next year costs you an additional £300 flight and change fee increasing over 100%)

Please sign this petition to give all customers a voice, we as consumers have rights and are trying to do the right thing by following guidelines.

THIS HAS TO STOP NOW....The government is currently allowing companies like RYAN AIR to keep customers money, not respect the Covid-19 situation.
