Cette fille mérite d'être miss Rwanda 2019 car elle connaît bien la situation des enfants qui vivent dans les milieux ruraux, et elle va vraiment venir à eux par rapport aux autres filles qui restent toujours en villes et connaissent la situation par le biais des médias.

I'm signing this Petition because I have seen that the Rwandan Girls are now Free and they have confidence in them. Even bcz Rwandese have now understand how this compétition is very important. They have to give a chance to MWISENEZA JOSIANE.
