We the following would like to ask the Board of Governors of RVCC to hire Nelson Ranco as head pro of the golf program. We can list the following reasons:

1. He has been a loyal employee for over 12 years at RVCC, always putting our club and members first.
2. HIs friendly, outgoing demeanor makes him an ambassador of RVCC. 
3. He has developed an understanding of what it takes to provide great customer service for golf members during his many years at RVCC and Green Valley. 
4. Overwhelming great reviews for his lessons and clinics from RVCC members and outside guests
5. His flawless job as acting head pro, stepping in when we lost our head pro. 
6. His ability to connect with the younger generation of RVCC, creating lessons and clinics that engage the kids, ensuring their love of golf and creating value for RVCC families.
7. HIs ability to engage and interact with members, always encouraging participation in RVCC golf events.  

    
   There are many other intangible reasons to hire Nelson, however, we are sure it would be a great benefit to RVCC.
