Rustenburg's local municipality is failing Rustenburg residence! Basic services like electricity and water are one of the many problems, with some residence been left without electricity and water for 5 Months! Any complaints are met with arrogance and unwillingness to help.The incompetence, mismanagement and Corruption in this municipality is ridiculous. Millions worth of Brand new equipment in their facilities, yet every project they sometimes do is sub contracted.We as Rustenburg residence need to unite to involve other external parties to get involved in finding a solution to resolve this problems!
