This group represents over 300 families with more joining every day.  On January 25, the Rumson and Fair Haven BOE administrations received a letter asking for specific data to back up the effectiveness of their policies. To date, no specific data has been provided. Therefore, the assumption is there is no specific data to show the effectiveness of mask and other policies.

The BOE response dated February 6 states that the BOE administrations have achieved the goal of in person instruction because of low transmission. However, there is no scientific data which proves that masking children is the cause for low transmission. In fact, multiple expert studies reveal data that shows the opposite. Masks have little to no effect on transmission.

Other states and countries are standing up and fighting these ineffective, unconstitutional and damaging policies. Many districts in our state are voicing their concerns about the irreparable damage that these ineffective policies cause to children. Without data to prove effectiveness, the BOE's policies are based solely on Murphy's tyrannical governing.

Due to pressure from around the country and the world, Murphy's narrative is collapsing. Therefore, this Friday, he may be forced to act with truth and conscience and remove his mask mandate on school children.

When Governor Murphy ends the state wide mask mandate, we expect that each school will be mask optional immediately.
