Stray animals pose a huge threat to the commuters on road. Serious accidents can occur either while avoiding contact with these animals or as a result of attacks by them. Action against this can help in restoring safety on roads. The owners of this cattle should take responsibilities to confine them to the area of rearing. They should be imposed a fine if their animal is found on the roads without their supervision. Also all these animals should have an identification badge attached to their neck with a string to identify their owner. Most of the animals especially cattle on streets when observed are found to be bulls. These bulls being useless to their owners are wantedly left astray to find food and feed themselves by their owners who have no road sense and least bothered about the commuters. If there is an accident to one of their cattle they are the first to lodge a complaint and in case there is an injury to anyone because of their animal they just act as passerby and completely prove irresponsible.
