We, the undersigned, demand action to immediately and urgently review the Rugby Leagues disciplinary panel due to its inconsistent nature. The detrimental effect that this is having to a despairing supporter base is endangering the very nature of the game and is endangering delivering a mortal blow to an already diminished audience
