Make Paradise Street a safer road

We live in a road in Rugby called Paradise Street. It's a really lovely road with lots of families with young children.
Unfortunately during busier points in the day people use it as a 'cut through' to access Lower Hillmorten Road and Clifton Road.
It is getting worse to the point I have been intimidated several times by cars speeding down the road extremely over the speed limit and expecting me to reverse back down the street. The cars have revved their engine in a way to back me up. If they had just waited patiently at the top of the road there would be no need for aggression.
I have been sworn at whilst trying to park my car. I have had aggressive behaviour towards me. I have young children myself and find this behaviour unacceptable.
The increase in speeding cars is now an accident waiting to happen. Some of the neighbours pets have also been run over.
I am petitioning to make Paradise Street a one way system, also a 20 mile an hour restricted speed limit and to have speed bumps put in.
It's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt and I think it's time action was taken.
