Extend the vote to all British citizens abroad

All British citizens have the right to a say and a vote on constitutional matters. Many were denied that right in the EU referendum and subsequently. Additionally, there is the anomaly of citizens of former Empire and now Commonwealth countries having entitlement in Overseas Territories and other lands, but UK citizens living barely 200 miles east or south of London are denied any right to vote. As if living in Brussels or Paris means they have severed all links with their homeland; it is a preposterous situation and must be put right.
