I am in the same situation where my parents are 65 and they need my support and care but this brutal law doesn't allow them with me, because of them i am where I am today but when they need me most I am not there, its a sham and this rule need to be changed.

I am disgusted with this country and its xenophobic behaviour. Throughout history, parents have looked after their children and have then been looked after by those same children as they age. Why should this family be any different? We need Ms Sodhi in this country, she is an experienced qualified nurse. Let her mother move here and be looked after by her daughter. It is both the most sensible and humane step to take.

Because my Aunty needs to be with my cousin and her only child in this critical health condition. She really need support both physically and emotionally to get better.
