Dogs are amazing, so much so the police force and army depend on them.

Disabled people depend on them too.

The police have funding,  but that blind or deaf person doesnt......

That army man depends on his K9 free of charge....but that blind or deaf person worries if he/she can afford a support Dog.

Pay for these service Dogs please GOV!
