Aspen Medical was given a Billion Dollar contract without tender and without experience.

They didn't have experienced staff of any PPE to fulfill the contract.  This resulted in deaths and horrendous suffering in Nursing Homes across Australia, such as St Basils in Melbourne. 

The Federal and State Health Departments had expert trained and experienced medical teams for pandemic control.

Greg Hunt the LNP Minister responsible, illegally gave a contract to mates, instead of following his sworn duty to the Australian public. 

A Royal Commission is required to ensure that this breach of Health Standards never happens again.
