Hello,

It has come to my attention that the NCA (National Citizens Alliance), an anti-immigration, anti-multicultural group that spreads hate are planning on coming to Truro Dec 8th to hold an event at our local Legion.

I respectfully ask that the Truro Royal Canadian Legion cancel the booking of the NCA and refuse to book them or other groups that perpetuate bigotry and hatred in the future.

Lest we forget the sacrifice of our men and women in service, their families and communities to defeat Nazis, we cannot now allow Nazi-supporters and Fascists to use our Legion to propagate hate and bigotry.

The Legion is a place of fellowship that supports our community which includes multi-culturalism and should not be used for such events.
