I'm signing this petition because we should give priority for supporting all vulnerable and marginalised people here regardless of budgetary costs. IS financing the Rose and RBK often promoting courses really for example necessary.

I just can't believe that the Conservative administration can with all conscience close down so many clubs for kids and adolescents with special needs, when their manifesto promised they would care for the vulnerable and elderly without delay or distraction.
yet they can carry on funding the commercial Rose Theatre It is quite simply obscene. So pleased that I am now an Independent Councillor, as I could not possibly put my hand up to that -my conscience would not allow me to do so I could not sleep

By going into schools you will not reach the more vulnerable YP as they would not attend a youth club at school as you have to still follow school rules while in the building and also they are not as well equipped as youth clubs. The kids who really need it will be hanging on the streets then in turn get criminal convictions , so where is the early intervention then?
Not all SEN young people wish to attend a sen youth group but if we move to schools it will be less likely that sen and mainstream groups will mix. I ran such a group from Devon Way which was a huge success.

This centre and it's amazing staff has been a life line to my son and myself, the staff are fab and without it my son possibly would still be housebound it's the only place he feels comfortable going to, it is a valuable and much needed centre for local people
