Create a domestic violence shelter that houses men in NC

According to U.S. national statistics on domestic violence 60 percent of victims are women and 40 percent are men (roughly). yet the only domestic violence shelter that is specifically to house men in the entire country is in Arkansas. There is not one anywhere else. This is an unfair distribution of resources in the domestic violence sector and there needs to be equality across the board when helping victims. Support making sure that all victims of violence have a place to go, not just some. People are suffering and they need a voice. Add your voice to theirs.
