We are the residents of Pandosy Sutherland and we can no longer handle the goings on at Roth Towers at 1938 Pandosy Street in Kelowna BC Canada

We are worried about the safety and well being of our homes and community and the lack of attention from the manager, Keith and owners of Roth Towers. We have called several times over the 4.5 years we have lived here regarding the loud music all hours of the day, the doing and selling of drugs in that apartment building, people using the parking lot for a toilet, having sex in the parking lot, tenants naked in their windows, masturbating and staring into our apartment, the constant traffic from certain suites, garbage every where (one thing they have tried to contain) and the seemingly lack of concern any time we have called the manager, Keith, he says to call the cops and hangs up on you, but does nothing himself. Cops are at the building often. People are saying that is what you get for lower income, but it is not that, it is about having respect for the people that live around you. Also 3.5 years ago there was a fire in the parking lot that destroyed cars and the carport structure. could have been way worse.

We are asking that if you have been affected or have concerns to please sign this petition to hopefully get them to clean up the building for everyone's safety. if you live on Pandosy near Sutherland or along the alley that is shared with Knox Crescent, please sign this to help us let the city and owners of the building know of our concerns and hopefully get this building cleaned up.
