On or around 1 November 2021, the NCDOT changed the speed limit of Roslin Farms West Subdivision within the city of Hope Mills and within Cumberland County from the original posted speed limit of 25 MPH to 35 MPH. The previous 25MPH speed limit signs were never installed by the NCDOT and are thought to be installed by the subdivision builder. Within the subdivision there are plenty of children and for their safety, we are petitioning to change to a safe 25 MPH. We are needing at least 70% of the residential property owners to agree. But please only have one person per homeowner in order for the petition to be valid
