Paul Clamp started this petition to Roseberry Housing Association and Epsom and Ewell Borough Council

Our concerns are damage to properties nearest to where removal of the concrete slabs the garages were built on and the access road. How are they going repair any damage without reducing  the properties price.

The invasion of privacy in such a small  area. The blocking of light. The feeling of being  blocked in and imprisoned and overlooked  by overbearing buildings.

The lack of parking will cause even more problems as nothing has been provided  for these properties.

Social issues  of the overcrowding of an already overpopulated  area. No thought  of the social implications or concerns to the locals mental health.

The above mentioned  before the inconvenience of having large lorries and contractors vehicle's in small roads with minimal parking.

It seems  to be the Housing  Associations  and the Council are set on adding to the misery of local  residents by building  in these areas as there are sites that  would  have less impact. We feel strongly that this type of ghettoisation is against our human rights. This form of bullying and underhand tactics to push forward any proposal for this type of housing should not be allowed.  I say bullying  as at the moment they have not taken  into account the thoroughfare or one residents car access to the back of Hollymoor Lane.

The Proposals of these flats will not only be out of caricature as there are no flats in these roads. It will also affect all residents  from the entrance of  Hollymoor Lane, at Longmead Road to the junction of  Hyperion Place.
