Many people living in florida do not make enough money to be able to afford to live without roomates. I propose we start enforcing rent control in Florida so that people can afford to live on their own. For instance I know of many people who pay $1000 for a 3 bedroom house, but scrape by every month because there is normally a family in a house that size. The only ones working are the parents. If there were no other bills rent would not be a problem but there are. Electric bill, water bill, grocery bill, phone bill, internet bill. Not to mention every time you turn around the schools want money or they raise the rent. Therefore, i propose that we have a rent cap in florida based on the number or bedrooms in a home. A three bedroom house should not cost $1000 a month. Please help us to change this and make it a world where we can all afford to live!
