We the people are asking to ban the use of the method of restraint: the knee-to-neck maneuver due to the high risk of injury or death. We have seen many devastating cases such as Geroge Floyd's case where victims lost their life do to over force and the use of this maneuver. Law enforcement has stopped training cops this maneuver, however it is still being used. Please sign this petition to ban this method of restraint. Let's make a change together.
