With yet another storm potentially coming I think it's safe to say that we (looking at you skanska) learned our lesson about waiting and seeing what happens when it comes to keeping barges in our waterways. 

We are already one bridge down and traffic is horrendous. None of us want to deal with any more traffic...with the exception of  "marge barge"...she seems to enjoy it. Speaking of her, we’ve become pretty fond of her. Can we make “marge barge” an honorary Florida citizen?  Please make SKANSKA move their barges this time.
