There is a new fad where people are bringing their pets to the stores with them. First off, I am an animal lover, especially dogs. But just because you love your pets doesn't mean everybody else does. NOTE: I am NOT talking about service animals. 
I've witnessed dogs going after people in Home Depot. I also witnessed a woman with her dog in the cart in Publix. She was in the deli section picking up packages out of the cooler. As she was picking up items, the dog was licking the package. She put it back and picked up another and the cycle repeated. But the most disgusting was when a dog urinated in a shopping cart at Walmart, (the top part of the cart where a child sits). The owner of the dog removed the dog from the cart and placed it in a new cart, leaving the soiled cart behind. She didn't even attempt to clean it.
A lot of people are also buying fake service dog vests on eBay, for $30.00. I feel that these people should be fined when they cannot produce proper paperwork.
