I'm writing this petition for anyone and everyone that knows my mom. My mom Tami Mitchell is 62 yrs old and has had custody of her grandkids for over 10 yrs. Tami was a resident of lynn,mass for most of her life but is a resident of Florida. The biological mother decided two years ago on August 23,2018 to go into court and lie under oath trying to take the kids from Tami. The kids was removed for 24 hours until grandmother was able to show Massachusetts custody order.  Grandmother contact me 2 weeks ago to relocate her out to Ocala due to her being scared for her and the kids safety as the  biological mother Bonnie Montanez trying to take over her home . Bonnie montanez has done fraud from IRS, welfare,ssi to stealing Tami debit cards and removing thousands of dollars. The mother had move a registered sex offender in the home. I received a phone call from one of the kids say "Nana was arrested" On September 2 ,2020 my mother tami mitchell was arrested for battery -touch or strike-simple/domestic at 8pm. I was given a run around trying to find my mom and what was going on. At midnight on September 3, 2020 I found my mom at a bus stop with no shoes and no where to go or even to call anyone. Dcf told my mom she can take the kids to Ocala when we went to get kids we wasn't allow as dcf told sheriff officer she couldn't. Bonnie had stolen my mother phone deactivated her Facebook and removed 1682.34 from Tami bank account ,she also placed my mom bag with all paperwork in it in her car as sheriff officer was told by the kids and they still did nothing about it. We need help my mom not only lost her home and family but she lost everything she ever had included memories. If only someone can talk to the kids alone they will tell all. Their scared out there mind of there mom.  Please anyone that knows anything feel free to sign this petition or even leave a comment we need help reunited Tami and her Grandkids and keeping Bonnie Montanez away from them all and to keep Tami and the kids safe.
