On January 6th 2021 Mr.Evans  attended a political rally in Washington DC.  During this rally the crowd marched to the capitol. Mr. Evans, as he has on many occasions in the past, went with the crowd filming and documenting events. He entered the capitol through open doors not by force in anyway. He then called for others to not damage anything. I and the others that have signed this petition feel Mr. Evans should stay in his position that the people of Wayne county WV elected him to. 

 The Capitol of the United States is referred to as the peoples house.  He at no time acted in a way suggesting that he was there for a "overthrow". He was simply documenting the days events to his constituents.
