We, the homeowners of The Cascades, petition Rocklyn Homes to repair every pothole in the neighborhood.

Currently, there are over five potholes in the community despite numerous residents' complaints over the past four(+) months. These potholes, that Rocklyn Homes employees have informed us would be fixed are constantly forcing homeowners and their guests to purchase vehicle alignments and new tires despite the monthly HOA fee that is in place to ensure a well-kept neighborhood. 

The onus is on the builder, Rockyln Homes because their trucks caused the potholes during the construction period.

Although Rocklyn Homes has stated that they would handle the road repairs, seemingly admitting to their part in this, they have failed to provide a true timeline. Therefore, we demand that EVERY pothole is repaired by April 10, 2022 or further action will be taken.
