I am reaching out to help get support towards my approach to the city of Rockford on getting stop signs, reduced speed limits or speed bumps in our neighborhood.

My concern is on the corner of Grant Avenue and Reynolds Street. When bus comes through here, at least twice a week, I witness people braking very hard to avoid colliding with the school bus.

Drunk drivers have plowed into the driveway at the end of Reynolds  not realizing it’s a t intersection

And vehicles parked on the street both on Reynolds and at the bottom of Grant on king are constantly getting damaged from people having to swerve out of the way of oncoming traffic

I have created this petition in hopes to be able to bring our community needs to the Rockford city government to try to get them to assess the streets and implement something that can make them safer! 

If I am not the only one struggling with these issues and concerns, I really hope we could join together as a community to try to push on this.
