HOA changes needed!

Please sign this petition in an attempt to get changes made within the Rock Creek HOA.

The Home Owners of Rock Creek feel that the rules and members that govern the architecture opportunities are not embracing forward change and progress.

The community of Rock Creek is full of homeowners who love and admire their community. For the past 20+ years, the HOA has been responsible in ensuring that our parks, streets, and houses reflect that admiration. The HOA has done a wonderful job in the past however, recently the community has become concerned that the rules that govern the architecture opportunities in Rock Creek are not embracing forward change and progress. New houses, condos and buildings are being constructed in Superior and in nearby communities. These new opportunities our impacting the property values in Rock Creek. The HOA architecture bylaws insist our houses look and remain the same as when they were constructed in the late 90s preventing the community from progressing and staying current with newer property values.

Although our HOA is well run, I worry that we do not have a balance of decision making power as a single person is both the HOA president and the head of the architecture committee. With my background in design and my expertise of renovating houses in aging neighborhoods, I would like to ensure that the homeowners of Rock Creek can maintain the value of their homes by allowing modification updates that still keep the original spirit of the community.

Will you please sign this petition to split the power of the HOA president and architecture committee and in the process establish a new architectural committee chairperson. I am happy to become the new head of the architectural committee or assist in finding a suitable replacement. The community of Rock Creek needs to stand up for changes they believe in.
