Chris Wallace is the general manager of the Memphis Grizzlies and is one of the worst general managers in the NBA. He just traded away all-star player and Memphian Marc Gasol, along with fan favorite players Shelvin Mack, and Garret Temple. These trades along with draft-pick busts, horrible trades, and other incidents make him totally unqualified to be general manager of a major professional basketball organization.
