On Jan 5 2021 the Plantation Green HOA with no notice or Community vote spent community funds on a capital expenditure in bad faith and possible violation of the HOA agreement. 

The undersigned do recognize that improvements can be made and support reasonable community approved  efforts to protect the members and children of this community from the risk of vehicular accidents but object to the lack of proper notification and the potential auto damaging poor design of the speed bumps. 

The undersigned of this petition hereby request that the board immediately either remove the speed bumps or modify them into properly designed and community approved speed tables in a manner as pursuant to the community HOA association agreement.
