Summit High School Parkway Development

Summit High School in Fontana was opened in September 2006. Since then the School has NOT done a good job in maintaining their parkways along Lytle Creek Road and Summit Ave. In addition, they have NEVER developed the parkway along the back side of the school that runs along Knox Ave. Based on State Regulation the School has done the minimum to develop TWO sides of their school. Whether you have paid $200k or $600k for your home, we deserve better standards in our City. Residents in Citrus Heights, Shady Trails, and Summit Heights see this trash and weeds every day. It has come time that the residents in and around Summit High School demand them to do the right thing and develop the parkway along Knox AND maintain their parkways along Summit Ave and Lytle Creak Road to the fullest extent.
The residents of Fontana need to take action and ensure City AND School district have the high standards in maintaining our parkways. We deserve the same high standards as someone living in Orange County or Beverly Hills. And getting this parkway developed only beautifies and maintains home values.
In addition, this helps teach our children the standards of the community they should uphold and maintain as good neighbors of our city.
