ICWA should be change in the case of my son who got taken away by CPS illegally. Lied saying I physically abuse him when I'm a registered mma fighter in California. I love my child I give him the love I never had from my father. Court shouldn't allow CPS involvement with Native American decedents unless a good probable cause which includes abusive parents with evidence or sexual abuse. With at least 5 juries being present to make sure the right call is being made for Native American decedent due to differences of Religion between the parents. I also demand a fair family custody court proceeding. I was born into a Christian family so I realized faith separated as I got older. Things never worked out with Marcelino's mother or family. They care about claiming my son for taxes and spending the money in a luxury lifestyle. While I want to save my tax money to buy a house and invest later in life. Education never matter to the Native American family since they inherited wealth from Pala casino. I noticed I was the only person with a High School diploma when I lived with them. While in the care of his foster parents I became aware of Marcelino being neglected on Feb 5, 2019. The foster mother let a child bite my son's cheek and didn't let the county know until my day of visit. Also said she didn't know what cause the injury just knew a child was playing with him. He was removed Jan 15, 2019 from his mother for being intoxicated failing drug tests. While I work multiple jobs and don't do any drugs. Lost my job at Amazon going to this family court a month before the raise. My next court date April 30, 2019. My son Marcelino Banzzini has strong Native American heritage deserves to be in a good home. I am a poor dad but make the best effort to make it to my job sites including cyclying 15 miles. I graduated high school while working at 711 at the age of 17. Had to sacrifice cross country scholarship for work. My mother is illegal and I never met my father. So I plan to enlist in the U.S. Army this year to sponsor my mother's papers. He needs me like I needed my father. Marcelino is 2 years old. He is being physically and emotionally hurt for CPS profit.
