A Developer is considering purchasing a piece of land at Miry Run Golf Club and requesting the Robbinsville Zoning Board's approval for a variance and sub division of this land to accommodate a 50,000 square foot catering and banquet hall to support up to 900 guests.

The parking is estimated for over 300 vehicles and buses, which will flood Sharon Road (a single lane rural road) and the surrounding streets (Woodside, Spring Garden, Gordon Road, Main Street, Robbinsville-Allentown Road/CR 526) and several residential developments with significant traffic. In addition, the size of the venue will create significant noise and light pollution for the surrounding communities. 

This type of venue is not suited to be placed in a residential development and is more suited for a location that can sustain the traffic and limit the impact to residential quality of life.
