Young India Movement - A movement against Unemployment. No Job, No Vote.

I am an ordinary middle class person who wants to initiate a discussion around repetitive failure of all governments and political parties to fight unemployment in India. We are far behind countries like China which generates 50,000 jobs per day and we are nowhere close to it.

This is a small step to highlight that earning even Rs 5000 per month is a blessing at the grassroots. The divide is constantly increasing as there is a growing gap of skilled workforce as well as placement of those who possess skill. The unemployment rate is highest in the age group 15-25 years, more than 25%. On one hand we talk about demographic dividend, while on the other hand we are not able to nurture our younger generation, help them support their families and lead a good life for oneself.

General Elections are on the horizon in 2019 and everyone will target youth as a vote bank (18.8 Cr first time voters). Hence, this is the time when our voices will be heard, our demands will be answered with actions. If government (any party) cannot generate jobs, it is their moral responsibility to take care of their families through unemployment allowance.

If the earning class is giving away more than 40% of their salary (Direct and Indirect taxes) to government, a part of the money should be used to support those who are not able to earn a living for themselves or their family. After, we are all like one big family and it is our job to support brother and sisters of our country irrespective of caste, religion, colour etc.

I request you to help me in this small step with an audacious and ambitious dream. Currently, I am alone in my dream hence need everyone's support to convert it into reality. Help spread the word if you believe my thoughts are genuine.
