Currently health officials have made a statement that it is highly likely that schools are to be reopened in the Fall semester, coming up in a month. Opening schools means that people, who were once at home , will come into contact with so many other people. If government officials will not mandate wearing masks for ALL students upon returning to school in September, the situation will potentially lead to a rapid spread of Covid 19 in the B.C. area. If B.C. cannot make it MANDATORY for students and teachers to wear MASKS, BC must NEVER allow the reopening of the schools in September. If it is truly the goal of B.C. to flatten the curve they must reconsider their current decision.
