The life expectancy of people in India now surpasses 60 years of age. Since most of offsprings of aged parents now have jobs in metros, leaving behind them at their home town alone.

Since the parents had to drive the car in the native towns for daily chores, in such circumstances, if  they are barred to extend the validity of light vehicle(car) after they pass 70 years of age. They are very experienced in driving, and avoid fast and rash driving.

I request the appropriate ministry to extend the age limit to get Driving licence, so that they live independent life.
