I spent many happy hours in the water around St Abbs in the eighties, had the pleasure of speaking with George Colven, and knew (not now it seems) that George and his Team were there if we needed them - priceless!
Not in the spirit of Grace Darling is it RNLI?

We need our lifeboat especially during Summer months for holiday maker and during the winter for our local fishermen. This is a bad decision to stop funding what is an essential part of our daily lives in this area.
