Lets get to the point: IReady isn't helpful.

It is

1. Taking up our WIN time which could be far better used to do our own important work,

2. Its just annoying and not beneficial

3.  Nobody likes it

Hopefully, somehow, we can get rid of IReady. Even if its next year, this needs to happen. Please, sign this so we can try to get rid of IReady.
