We appreciate the importance of the media in the daily lives of Ilonggos but a defamatory, reckless and unfounded opinion towards call center agents does not give Iloilo any good in this time of pandemic. As a media company, Rmn should chastised their employee, Mr. JUN CAPULOT when he made those reckless statement.This petition does not undermine the importance of your work as media practitioner but your job's ability to connect to the public gives you the bigger responsibility of tempered, fair and honest reporting. We are calling out Mr. Jun Capulot for his mistake and we hope that he acknowledges that he made a mistake and learn from it. Let's sign this petition to give appreciation to the thousands of call center employees who are committed and hardworking, who risks their lives just to go to work in the middle of the night and weather the storm literally such as typhoon Frank, typhoon Yolanda, earthquakes, and by Covid 19 pandemic still get 32% income tax.
