It being illegal is incredibly stupid seeing as how there are a zillion and a half downloads for this thing, and no information what so ever was given about the 'official' release. I never knew it costed money to begin with. Enterbrain should be smarter next time -___-

RPG Maker was one of my childhood hobbies and it eventually became one of the most useful tools to teach both languages and videogames.

I'd definitely buy a license.

It is difficult to have to tip-toe around something that is so widely pirated that it seems legal. It would be wonderful to be able to legally own this program in English so that I could demonstrate how to use it without worrying about someone in the crowd saying, "Hey, that's illegal!"

it would be great for me because it will help me support and show my appreciation to a company who created the program that inspired me to choose a carrier in game design. Also, rm2k3 has a native side view battle system that none of the other makers has and that is a feature i love games to have.
