I grew up in Kew Gardens and Forest Hills..I lived around the corner in the Howard’s from the Trylon from 1965 until 1972....saw lots of movies there....and I lived .
I was in the Barkley Plaza on 71st road from 1971-1974....my mom had her apartment in the Barkley from 1972 until now!!! She’s gonna be 97 in January....the beautiful bank cannot go away!!! Forest Hills certainly does not, not, not need any more big developments of any kind!!!!!

I’m signing because these businesses represent what is still left of the Rego Park community. One more high rise building will continue to allow rich real estate and development companies take over the neighborhood to charge incredibly high rents.

I don't think we need to push out long standing business for this building.
Where will people eat, by liquor, shop. Etc.
