A poor pitbull is suffering, her owners do not keep her as a pet, they use her for breeding. She has never seen love or attention and is in desperate need of a loving home. She is a kind dog and deserves a better life. Her owners have to be reminded to give her food and water. Her ribs are sticking out and her stomach is sunken in. I have contacted Riverside County Animal Control, PETA, and various other rescues. I am always referred back to animal control because the fact that the dog is on private property. The dog can be removed by an animal control officer if there are signs of neglect and/or abuse. Animal Control has been out to inspect the dog and have deemed her healthy and in good condition, with NO signs of neglect. Because Riverside County Animal Control is stating that the animal is in good condition they will not remove from the home so that I may place her in a rescue. Please look at the pictures and tell me how this emaciated dog is in "good condition"
