Since tolling of the Louisville/Indiana bridges began, users have been unable to pay their toll invoices easily. RiverLink customer service is nonexistent.
RiverLink customer service is nonexistent. Users who call are met with long hold times (up to an hour and likely more if anyone has had the patience to wait that long). Users who choose the callback option receive no call.
Users attempting to pay online find that the payment button does not work.
Users who break down and finally visit the office typically wait over an hour to be able to pay their invoice.
Users who have transponders still receive invoices demanding payment. Which leads us back to. . .

I urge everyone experiencing trouble with RiverLink to exercise their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act if sent to collections.
