Rishi Sunak to Resign or be Sacked
Why this petition matters

Do you want a Chancellor of the Exchequor who avoids paying tax through loopholes in the law? And whose wife does the same, amounting to cheating the UK treasury out of millions of pounds? How can someone like this morally make the most crucial financial decisions on behalf of the British people?
Clearly he doesn't care about the people of the UK. He has shown his true colours as a weaselly selfish greedy person and should not be in charge of the nation's finances. I feel outraged that - at a time when both energy and taxes are being massively increased - he and his wife are avoiding paying tax.
Rishi Sunak has held the post of Chancellor of the Exchequor, lived at Downing Street and been paid his salary from our taxes, while being resident for tax in the US and paying some tax there. He held UK green card until last October, which means he was classed as a 'permanent resident' of the US while being the Chancellor and living at Downing Street at our expense.
He has been living with his millionnairess wife at Downing Street while she has avoided paying tax here. According to the Daily Mail, she has been avoiding paying around £20,000,000 per annum in taxes in the UK. While this may be legal, through a loophole in the law, it is not ethical. she should repay the millions she has avoided paying.
He has encouraged businesses to withdraw from Russia, as a financial sanction, while his wife's father's business - in which she holds £730,000,000 remains involved with Russia.
Under Rishi Sunak's chancellorship, energy prices have quadrupled, petrol has almost doubled in price and a huge percentage of the population have been reduced to poverty.
There may be loopholes in the law he can somehow squeeze through to justify some of this behaviour legally, but what about morally? He is making decisions which reduce the British population to not just poverty, but if you are on benefits and pay your own energy bills, then below the poverty line.
Meanwhile Mr Sunak swans around cheating UK taxpayers while he and his wife have around a billion pounds.
His wife is quoted as saying: Since arriving in the UK I have been made to feel more welcome than I ever could have imagined, in both London and our home in North Yorkshire.' Her way of repaying this is to avoid paying tax here through a loophole, initially claiming that it would be impossible to do so without giving up her Indian citizenship... but then 48 hours going back on this once it emerged that Rishi's job was on the line because of her tax avoidance.
Even now, after she has agreed to pay UK tax on her income, she is retaining her non dom status which means that she will avoid paying inheritance tax, which in her case is likely to amount to around £300,000,000. In India there is no inheritance tax, and so by retaining her Non Domicile status and Indian citizenship - even though she lives here in the UK, and in exclusive accommodation paid for by the British taxpayer - she can avoid paying hundreds of millions pound in tax.
Rishi Sunak, also a millionnaire in his own right, has also been accused of having offshore financial dealings which may contravene both the spirit and the law with regard to his position as a government minister.
Rishi Sunak is not fit to govern our finances.
