Sea levels are rising, and we must act on it now. According to the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB), fourteen (14) barangays in the Municipality of Hagonoy are prone to flooding due to the area's natural elevation and abnormally high precipitation and high tides. Meanwhile, in Paombong, six (6) barangays have moderate to high susceptibility to flooding because of their topography and natural drainage.

Beneficial Action on Human Attention (B.A.H.A.), along with the MGB, calls for an action to strict monitoring of the barangays especially those at high risk, and holding campaigns to disseminate and promote flood preparedness, management, and mitigation. We demand that the government join us in this battle.
