Am attempt to refine NHS rehabilitation methods modernising techniques to move away from just drug abstinence education, towards more effective therapies, that will hopefully help people get clean for life. This will help improve the quality of life of tens of thousands of substance abusers in the UK, including those who are sleeping rough, who are 7X more likely to be at risk.
