Hey there, my name is Kodie. I am hoping to get awarded more time sharing and do whats in the best interest of Kenzie and to bring her home. Kenzie's rights have been violated for 2+ years now, and her time sharing has been cut short with me, since her Bio Dad came into her life, at the age of 6 years old. Video chats are denied and/or cut short. Now, she has been denied the ability to talk to me and or see me, her mother, till we go to court, for an injuction, her Bio Dad filed against me. She has been medically neglected, emotionally abused, physically punished, and led to believe, I her mother, only have visitation rights. Kenzie is a beautiful, smart, young girl, but she is terrified to stand up for herself. Co-parenting is next to impossible and she constantly has to hear Bio Dad, degrade my side of the family. We have been on a roller coaster for the past 2+ years and just want what is best for her. It has now come time to defend my rights and Kenzie's rights and give Kenzie what she deserves. Please consider helping me bring Kenzie home and bring her home for the majority of the time.
